    Default Vxml Ivr

    Hi,

    We are having issues using greater than ( > ) within our VXML with datetime_hour. For example, it appears that the following doesn't work:
    Code:
    <if cond="datetime_hour &gt; '17'">
    <goto next="unavailable" />
    </if>
    Yet both these do:
    Code:
    <if cond="datetime_hour &lt; '9'">
    <goto next="unavailable" />
    </if>
    <if cond="datetime_wday == '6'">
    <goto next="unavailable" />
    </if>
    has &gt; not been implemented with datetime_hour or is there another problem I'm not seeing here?

    Thanks
    -Rob

    &gt is implemented in VXML.
    Below is the script that I have tested without any issue.
    Do you have latest firmware installed on your Quadro IP PBX?
    Is your Quadro's time-zone correctly set?

    <?xml version = "1.0"?>
    <vxml version = "2.0">
    <form id = "datetimeform">
    <prompt>
    <audio src = "welcome.wav" />
    </prompt>
    <object classid = "datetime" name = "field1">
    <filled>
    <if cond = "datetime_hour &gt; '15'">
    <prompt>
    <audio src = "great.wav" />
    </prompt>
    <else />
    <prompt>
    <audio src = "less.wav" />
    </prompt>
    </if>
    </filled>
    </object>
    </form>
    </vxml>

    Apologies for the lengthy delay, it's been a 4 day weekend here. You're right, that works fine!

    I think I've just realised that I was doing something incredibly stupid whilst I was testing this (thinking it was >= rather than >); so yes it works correctly.

    Thanks for your sanity check on this!

    On that note, it appears that the following will only ever play the welcome message:
    Code:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <vxml version="2.0">
    	<form id="mainform" >
    		<object name="dtfield" classid="datetime">
    			<filled>
    				<if cond="datetime_hour &gt;= '17'">
    					<prompt>
    						<audio src="welcome.wav" />
    					</prompt>
    				<else />
    					<prompt>
    						<audio src="officehours.wav" />
    					</prompt>
    				</if>
    			</filled>
    		</object>
    	</form>
    </vxml>
    For example, it is currently 13:11 (the Quadro agrees with this) yet the welcome.wav plays.

    I've been unable to find another occurrence of &gt;= being used anywhere in the epygi examples, but I assume that is the correct operator?

    Instead of "&gt;=" Please use "&ge;" operator.

    Register on Epygi's portal entering the serial number of your Quadro and you will get access to download section.
