put a call on hold and transfer to another ext

I have a 2x need to put a call on hold and transfer to another extension but it does not allow me to do that , i can transfer normally if i dial an extension but if put the call on hold i can not dial another extension, do i need to activate anything on the gateway 2x , all of them are snom phones

Good idea and should work, unfortunately though he has not auto deployed ( from previous posts ) so I sent him the link to the Snom Epygi area.

You can try thereby, put on hold by pressing button Hold and not wait dial tone dial a number to transfer and double press button Transfer on your phone.

You can use the BLF directly (no hold button needed).
Remember that if all BLF are used, you have no line button, that enable you a quick return to the call on hold, in case of no answer etc.

I've setup BLF as park buttons.

Park call, hangup, pickup park at other phone.

Users love the simplicity.
