Thread: Epygi 4x & SNOM IP320 Remote Extension RTP Problem

  1. #1

Cool Epygi 4x & SNOM IP320 Remote Extension Inbound voice problem.

I have an Epygi Quadro 4x behind an Adtran 3120 router. The router is doing 1to1 NAT. The Epygi is doing great with all local IP320s and all remote IP320s, except 1.

I have 1 remote extension that can register just fine, and can make outbound calls just fine.

The problem comes when you dial out to the remote extension. The remote extension rings, but when the handset picks up, no voice either way.

The router on the remote is on a DSL connection and the manufacturer is NETGEAR Wireless-G Router model WGR614v9.

SIP ALG is turned on. I have port forwarded 5060 traffic to the internal IP address of the SNOM Phone.

How do I enable inbound sound once the call is picked up?

    Thanks
    Shawn

    Default

I have been able to confirm.

Outbound dialing works as long as I have enabled Secure NAT on the remote's NETGEAR Router.

So at the present I am able to dial out from the remote and have conversations.

Inbound calls yield a phone ring, but when the receiver is picked up it is quite both ways.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks
    Shawn
