Calls dripping after AA forwards to extension

Hi Everyone
After spending the day trying to configure my m8L IU have run into a problem. When the call gets answered in the AA I dial the ext and it rings. But when I pickup the handset the call is automatically dropped. In the call logs I get the following error . Close Reason: Authorization . Now the handset can make outgoing calls . It can also receive calls if I bypass the AA. Please let me know if there is any info out there . I really need these phone up and running.

off Accept stray SIP requests
on Change SIP Error Code to Busy Here
off Ignore To header in incoming SIP INVITE requests
on Use Rport
off Enable IP Loop
off Force Hold Music
on Do Not Send External RE-INVITE
on Do Not Send REFER
off Callback through Routing
