I have been having problems with my call statistics not reporting properly with my Grandstream GXV3140s. A perfect example of a call is the following:
Under Call Statistics I found a call with the 3140 reporting :
Codec: PCMU, Quality: 5 (very bad)
I click the link and the below reports:

I see a huge loss in received loss packets between the phone and the PBX. Now I happened to be on both ends of the call and no problems on call response along with good call quality.
What could be causing this? This is for a client and they are not happy seeing the instability in the reporting. Thank you ahead of time for your feedback.
FYI I am running Epygi's latest firmware - 5.2.26 - which supports the Grandstream 3140.
Regards,
Shawn
