Default QUADRO6L + SPA942's - Bind line buttons to FXO?

    I've got a quadro6L setup with a whole bunch of Linksys SPA941's and 942's.

I want it so that the line buttons on the Linksys will pick up an actual FXO line, as well as share their appearance, so when FXO1 is in use by someone for example, people can see that via the first line button on their phone.

I can't see any way to do this through the Quadro. On the Linksys phones, they seem to automatically set the first line button as their own extension.

Is there a particular number/term I can attach to these line keys on the phone end, which will pick up an FXO line?

AASTRA, SNOM and Yealink handsets are able to be set to FXO monitoring, as far as I am aware Linksys / Cisco style handsets are not.

You can however monitor the status of the extensions and also park with most handsets.
