The password is the administrator

but if I restart the plant through the reset button and load a backup everything will stay the same? To be more clear would stay with the same settings, including extensions, the IP address was assigned, etc ...

To recover the admin password you have to do the factory reset pressing the reset button on the back for 10 seconds. After that your device will be in default factory settings with the admin password - 19. Connect to LAN port from your PC and restore the configuration and you will have your original configuration on the unit. Don't forget to change the admin password from default 19.
