How can I conect a gateway and IPPBX to take a digital services installed in this side, if the gateway is out of my office, both devices are conected to the internet with Dynamic IP address at diferent places?
You may use the Quadro Call Routing table to route any call with some prefix to any destination. And that destination may be your gateway. And for the calls from the gateway to the Quadro you may configure the gateway dialplan to route the desired calls to the Quadro.
Alternatively, if your gateway used to register with a SIP server, thenyou may register it with the Quadro as an IP Line. This will allow the gateway to be registered with the Quadro, hence the Quadro will be aware of any change of the gateway IP address.
