Use the Wizard in your line settings and the drop down list for the handset - the manual will help you in this.

the wizard in the line setup is not there. I am using the latest firm ware

Under Telephony - Line Settings - click the line and use the drop down list - that is the wizard - it is in all Quadros

Sorry I thought you were refering to the wizard refered to in the 'Configuring Epygi Supported IP Phones' document.

I have tried the above method.

Out of interest is the Phopne plugged into the WAN port or the Lan port ? - if it is a new system, look for the words on the same page and ensure that the system will configure on the LAN port as a priority, and ensure that DHCP is turned on and reboot the telephone.
