    Question unable to add 2nd SIP registration

    Hi all,

    In this instance, I have a Quadro 4x that has been working well with one SIP account with BabyTel, here in Canada.

    Today, I used the VoIP carrier wizard to add a 2nd BabyTel SIP account (multi-tenant) but it is not working. The settings for each are identical with the exception of the username and password.

    "SIP Registration Status" shows my original sip account only. I have deleted/re-added the account 3 times. I have unchecked/checked "Registration on SIP Server" multiple times. "Events" reveals nothing.

    Any ideas?

    Restarting the device solved the problem.
