Exclamation Unified Messaging, Prob @ Receiving Fax as PDF

I am attempting to receive a fax as a PDF but it only receives them as TIFF files.

    Telephony >>
    Voice Mail Recording Codec >>
FAX to E-mail format: (drop down) PDF / TIFF

    Hi,

it could be in case when tiff-to-pdf conversion is failed for some reasons. Then Quadro sends fax as tiff.

If problem will be persist just open TSS ticket by login with your support.epygi.com account.
