We have an extension on a 16X that keeps losing it's registration and we have to perfomr a hard reboot to get it back online. The model of the phone is a Snom 820. Any ideas? This is an ongoing problem.

Snom Phones have logging capabilities within them so does the Epygi.
I would suggest to log in to the telephone and telephone system when the fault occurs to tell what has happened.
- To ask any ideas without having this data - well its like trying to find a needle in a haystack..

One of the reasons can be following if Quadro16x is configured correctly.
Snom 3xx phones with Firmware 7.3.14/7.3.27 have a problem when in some cases don't respond to SIP "Unauthorized" message and therefore after a timeout lost registration. This issue can be migrated to FW 8.x.x too.
But, to be more exact, first of all You need to know FW of Quadro, FW of Snom820 (test compatibility passed by Epygi) and what is the reason of unregistration from the SIP logs of Q16x and Snom820.
1. FW of Q16x http://<Q16x_IP>/status.cgi -> "General Information" link
2. SIP Reg log of 16x - http://<Quadro_IP>/systemlogs.cgi -> "SIP Registration" link.
3. FW of Snom820 - http://<Snom820_IP>/info.htm
4. SIP log of Snom820 - http://<Snom820_IP>/trace.htm
With this data I can somehow help You.
