After being asked how to get these two applications to work together, I can safely say that version 6.7 or above Goldmine will natively work with the Quadro PBX.

What that means is that you can use the Softphone client inbuilt to the CRM and the Quadro itself as extensions off the Quadro and therefore, interfacing direct to the customers CRM appication.

Over the past week, it is very easy to report that it works as it should for making calls via Goldmine CRM.
