Technically it means Quadro will proxy the video codecs (H.263 and H.264)both in signaling and in RTP, so two video-enabled phones (including softphones) being extensions of Quadro can call each other, can also call to external video-enabled phone and recieve calls from video-enable external calls via SIP.
What refers to Grandstream GXV3000, I have not tested with that phone personally, but as far as I know, it should work with that phone. In any case, please try to make such a video call, and if something goes wrong, we can fix that (don't forget to enable the video codecs on the extenision!!).

Theoretically - yes, there is at least one program which can receive Internet Radio, and also can send PCM in RTP stream - the Video LAN (VLC).

Practically I have spent several hours trying to make latest VLC 0.9.9 stream RTP in PCMU format from a Internet Radio source, and it turns out that this is still not correctly supported in that tool. VLC can receive Internet Radio correctly, but cannot correctly transcode/resample/downmix the stream to PCMU, 8KHz.

If somebody is able to make that program send correct RTP stream, please let me know.. On paper it has all that abilities, so maybe the problem is in configuration..?

Hmm... Dear Aussie Crew member (aka Kevin), "Epygi" is the name of the company.. The company itself cannot play "Ogg Vorbis files".. , so I suppose you are talking about something else.

What do you mean saying Epygi (Epygi=Quadro, or Epygi=EMS)?
