Thread: 6L SLA calls disable intercom

    Default 6L SLA calls disable intercom

    I have a 6l that has three Shared Line Appearances on each of the telephones. When I receive a call on one of the SLA's, my intercom and watch buttons become disabled. When I press any of those buttons, I get nada, nothing as if they are turned off. When I drop the call, they work perfectly.

    SLA's appear on 10,11,12. Intercom lines are on 8 and 9. 1-7 are configured to watch extensions.

    I suspect it's a configuration issue, but I can find no obvious configuration parameters to resolve this particular scenario.

    Which handsets are you using with the 6L in SLA mode ?

    snom 360 (3) and snom 370 (1)

    I take it you are running the latest Quadro firmware and also have auto deployed the handsets, havent you ?

    Yes - Quadro is running 5.1.6, snom's running 7.3.14

    Curious if it could be the line settings. Wondering if the line appearances actually look like a line in use.
