Hello Everyone,
Anybody out there that can provide me just one sample INBOUND call routing rule that I can add to our CRT and use to successfully handle inbound SIP calls?
We have ten DIDs, all provided by a SIP provider.
Right now, we have two of those DIDs assigned as user names in our extensions table.
When calls come in on those DIDs, they do route to the proper destination.
For this to work, we leave the option to "Route all incoming SIP calls to the call routing table" unchecked.
However, if we check the option to "Route all incoming SIP calls to the call routing table", the above-mentioned DIDs no longer reach their destination.
Instead, our Quadro does not process the call at all.
Why?
Because there is NO INBOUND call routing rule defined in the call routing table for those inbound DIDs!!!
I have looked everywhere and I have yet to see one even halfway working example of such an inbound call route.
I have tried using my own logic to create inbound routes but I have not been even remotely successful.
Does anyone have a sample they can provide?
I only need one that works and I am confident I can build the rest.
Thanks in advance....
