QCC - Quadro Configuration Console (HELP!!)


Hi

I'm having a big problem with the Quadro Configuration Console:

In the network of my office there's a Proxy Server. Where I can set in the Quadro Configuration Console, the configuration of IP address of the Proxy Server, User, Password and Port for the access of the Quadros that I manage normally from a common web browser?

Hi Ivan

the QCC is not supporting HTTP proxy (so it cannot be used behind the proxy to connect the hosts in the Internet). So if you want to manage several Quadros accross the Internet, your PC with QCC needs to either have public IP, or be connected through NAT router.

P.S. If you absolutely need that feature, you can ask your distributor to ask Epygi to implement that. Whether it will be done or not after that - depends on many factors..
