call forwarding method

I have a question about call forwarding:
I have an Epygi Quadro 4x and I would like to know if the call forwarding is with the REFER method (RFC 3515) or RE-INVITE?

Both methods are used in call forwarding depend on configuration settings.
When the call forwarding to other SIP destinations is enabled directly or via a call routing rule with disabled "Use RTP Proxy" service, call forwarding will be done using “REFER” or “MOVE TEMPORARLY” SIP messages.

When the call forwarding to other SIP destinations is enabled via a call routing rule with enabled "Use RTP Proxy" service, Call forwarding will be done using “Re-INVITE” SIP message.
