Aha - no it isn't. It works purrrfect,

All it needed was the TelCo to send CLiD in the first place.
Bunch of Pilchards really cos it was booked, obviously Mr Pilchard (at the exchange) couldn't work out what "Suppress_CLiD" meant until it was pointed out to him.

Who'd have thought in this day and age it would be suppressed, isn't it part of the signaling ?

yep, making sure the telco sends caller id is the first thing to check..

For that you can connect a regular analog phone to the line, make an incoming call to that line, and see if that phone shows teh caller id. If it shows - then the problem should be in the configuration of Quadro, and we may help you here; if it doesn't show - then refer to your telco...
