AA sip external call menu

Hi,
First, I would like to explain our situation and what we want to do.
We have a Quadro 2x and want to make an IVR with multiple choice:

option 1--> make external call via sip to number A
option 2--> make external call via sip to number B

Sip calls using a Grandstream GXW4104 fxo gateway (ports registered ext 17, 18, 19, 20)
Incoming calls are forwarded to 00@<ip_quadro> (grandstream setup)

We use the default AA 00 and call routing table:
pattern=1, NDS=1, <the necessary parameters to call number A via SIP>
pattern=2, NDS=1, <the necessary parameters to call number B via SIP>

AA 00 send digits to crt enable
All sip to crt enable

Results:
The outside calls from SIP to 00 and 1 or 2 fail (busy tone).
Inside calls (extensions to 00 and 1 or 2) OK
Outside calls from pstn via FXO Quadro 2X to 00 and 1 or 2 OK
The problem is SIP to SIP calls?

First of all, you don't need the "All sip to crt enable". You can switch that OFF again.
Second, please take care of the routing table security. After you enable the "send digits to crt", any caller to the AA 00 can use any rule from your CRT, unless it is secured by the "PBX" filter.

Finally, related to your primary question - yes, most probably the problem is in the SIP-SIP transfers. Probably your ITSP doesn't accept them. You can try to set the "RTP Proxy" on the 1 and 2 routing rules. This way you will have traffic going through your Quadro, but this may let it possible to use those rules for the external SIP callers...
