    Cool How do I create a call routing rule to transfer directly to voicemail

    We have an Epygi 4x. We are utilizing the call routing table.

    We would like to setup a digit that allows people to select the number and then the extension .... to all the transfer to go directly to voicemail without ringing the phone.

    I know this feature exists....just not sure how to employ it.

    Default

    Create a new routing rule under "call type" select select PBX-Voicemail then the rest is the same as any other rule. Then simply divert any call you want to go direct to voicemail via that rule.
