I have a Quadro32x and you want to configure in the E1, 15 incoming and 15 outgoing channels. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible to configure 15 incoming and 15 outgoing channels:
1. In case of CAS - from call routing you may select the timeslots for incoming calls and for outgoing calls
2. In case of CAS it is possible to configure from E1/T1 settings too.
User have to select proper "Allowed Call Type" for each timeslots.

3. In case of CCS(ISDN PRI) - from call routing you may select the timeslots for outgoing calls. No selection for incoming calls. So in case of CCS Quadro will accept the calls coming from any timeslots.

For both signaling types I may suggest to configure using call routing(point 1 and 3).
