Default Routing incoming SIP call - Dual E1 ports gateway

    Hi,

What do I need to do to route inbound SIP call to:

    1. E1 interface from a Internal (or external) SIP server (e.g. Trixbox)? The E1 gateway has assigned (and registered) an extension in the Trixbox.

    2. auto-attendent (from specific SIP server)?

    Thanks in advance...

    Hello,

You may create two call routing rules in Quadro GW.
For both rules you need to select incoming Call Type to SIP.
    1. For all the calls from specific SIP server(select Inbound Host) discard all digits, put prefix 00 and select call type PBX. So such calls will route to Attendand.
    2. Route all the calls from SIP (including internal/external SIP server, keep Inbound Host empty ) to E1/T1.

Don't forget to select "Route All incomming SIP calls to Call Routing" checkbox in call routing.
