"number dialed does not exist" for Busy
I have been trying to resolve an issue whereby the Epygi plays the message "number dialed does not exist" when I dial externally and the number is busy/engaged. I have looked at the call logs and the call detail shows "User Not Found", has anyone experienced this?

Thanks, the user is valid as I can call the same number from my mobile, and get a busy/engaged tone.

Does your mobile provider send you busy engaged tone or a derivative of that for numbers that arent valid ?
What happens when you use a normal PSTN service to call the number do you still get the same response ? ie busy engaged signal ?

Are you calling via ITSP?
If yes, you can look at the SIP logs to see if you get this reply from the ITSP.
Kev - Thanks yes I get the busy signal from both Mobile and PSTN lines just not VOIP lines
Davrays - I am using Engin and the "User Not Found" is what I am obtaining from the SIP Call log

I would say that Engin are not passing the called parties busy signal through ... It is nothing to do with the Epygi... Give Engina a call or get a business oriented class of ITSP ...
