Hi,
please, how configure the function HotCall 1.11.6 for MS Outlook on WAN side and his QUADRO-extension as remote extension also on WAN side? Is it possible? When both is on LAN side, all is without problems.

This should be possible without any problems, especially if you checked the "RTP proxy" option on the Remote extension settings. Of course, you should not forget to open a firewall for the "Call Control Access" from the IP of the PC with Outlook.

Which kind problem you have with that exactly?
