Voice Mail "Unnavailable"

Hi I have this problem with extension 120, it's Voice mail when he tries to enter to check them responds with "The service is unavailable".

I don't why, the only thing that happened is that when the Voice mail told him to configure the mail he hang. And then when he tried to reenter it started this behaivour.

How can I solve this?

Voicemail system can tell "The service is unavailable" (when you try to enter to VM by *0), if there is already somebody who is already navigating in VM.

Maybe you connected to VM, then something happened to your phone (for example) it is rebooted, and the VM session still remained active. This situation should be cleared itself after some time, or alternatively it will be cleared, if you reboot the system.
