Hi I can't manage to do this... please help
I can make it register, and when I call the extension from another extension in the office it rings and the communication is great.
But when I try to call from the remote extension to any part, it tells 480 (Temporarily Unavailable)....
What's happening?
This is not something to guess, we need SIP UA logs to tell something...
Hi! I am attaching the SIP logs.
I have managed that the extension can call... but no sound transmitted.
One for the registration process (which I guess is succesful)
Other for a call from the External extension (BT200) to an extension in Quadro.
Other for a call from extension in Quadro to external extension (bt200).
Please help me in this one... There's a lot in play on these :S
Those logs are hardly readable... But it seems to me that the problem comes from the fact that Grandstream sends the internal IP (192.168.1.70) for the media. This happens when the phone is placed behind the NAT and the NAT traversal (STUN) is not configured correctly on the phone side.
You would need either to correct the NAT traversal parameters on the phone, or, alternatively, enable the "Symmetric RTP" checkbox on the Quadro's "Remote Extension Settings".
