No Resources

I have a Quadro 2x running 4.0.10 software. When I try to use QCM I get the busy indicators for the watched extensions, but when I try to place a call I always get a "No Resources" message. Can't figure out what resource it's looking for. Works fine on my laptop, but not on my desktop PC. Thought it may be my router, but I opened up the ports 5060 - 5082 and still no luck. Any ideas?

"No Resources" - mean that RTP Ports can not be mapped.

This problem arise when RTP port range of QCM, is used by other application or it is blocked by local firewall or windows security center.

Solution:
- Disable or remove local firewall
- Change QCM Network interface and RTP port range (in advanced settings)
