Thread: Conference call drops first call after 1 minute

Default Conference call drops first call after 1 minute

Two different sites, both using Epygi Quadro 4x. One site uses SNOM 320 phones, the other site uses Polycom 501 phones. In both cases the user makes an outbound call, then conferences in a second number. After about 1 minute the first caller drops.

I can replicate the problem at both sites and it doesn't matter if the first call is inbound or outbound. Once the second call is conferenced in, all parties can hear one another and then after roughly one minute the first caller is dropped.

Any ideas what is misconfigured on my Epygi?

    Thanks for your help.

    Steve

Well, thats interesting problem - I have never listen about such one before.

Can you please copy the SIP logs and show here - starting from the beginning of the call up to the moment when the first caller has dropped..?

    Best regards,
    David

P.S. And welcome to the forum, Steve
