Default email me when call quality drops below...?

I know there is a place where I can set my m32 to email me when a call drops below a certain level of quality (I set this up at install) but for the life of me I can't find where I did it...

can anyone please point me in the right direction?

as always, your help is greatly appreciated.

I think you are after the event settings.

Syster > Events > Event Settings > Call quality warning.

Tick the box and click edit up the top.

Check also the "qosnotification.cgi" to configure the quality level threshold...

    a related question

For the last few days we have been getting quite a number of "Call quality warning" email. Looking at the events logs there is a link to calls stats, clicking on that brings me to the Unsuccessful Outgoing Calls page with not much info on why the call is low quality.

How / where do I look to fix this problem? A search of the forum with "Call quality warning" didn't produce any result.

    Thanks

Well, this link should have brought you to Call Statistics - Successful Calls page (we'll fix this).

On that page you can see the details of the last calls and can find the calls with "bad" or "very bad" quality. Clicking at the link of the call details you can see the RTP info, and analyse that.
All this could let you define which calls have problem, and which kind of problem that was..., so you can make the further conclusions yourself

BTW, not the "Configure Call Quality Event Notification" link at the botton of the "RTP statistics" details page. If takes you to the "qosnotification.cgi", where you can configure the event threshold.

    Best regards,
    David
