Default Can't make outgoing call after upgrade

    Hi

Quadro2xi was upgraded to version 5.0.19 yesterday. Now, outgoing calls don't work. Incoming calls work, internal calls work. I've tryed almost everything (checked routing table, again created voip carrier, checked status, checked logs,...)...The only thing I found in logs (SIP user agent) when I compared it with logs of the other quadro where outgoing calls work (the same version 5.0.19, Quadro 4xi)

Seems like the SIP session cannot be established. I cannot think of anything else, but to do the downgrade tomorrow when I go to the customer, as I cannot do the downgrade remotely, because I would loose the remote access configuration.

Matic, I suppose some lines do not appear in logs just because the "Developer Logging" is disabled on one of the Quadros, while it is enabled on others...

Can please switch ON the developers logs on the Quadro, which cannot make calls, and paste the uncut SIP UA log from that Quadro? Also a question: which version was installed before the upgrade?

Also I can see pretty strange thing in your logs above: the calls are coming from IP Phone with "TMatic@optisis.si" in the "From" filed. If they were autoconfigured by Quadro, the "From" would be "TMatic@<QuardoIpAddress:QuadroSipPort>". How did you configure that phone and what type of phone is that?

    Regards,
    David
