    Unhappy Snom360 lost clock

    Hi Epygians
I have a Snom360 automatically configured, problem is that after upgrading Quadro to firmware Version: 5.0.17/Release the clock has disappeared from the display of the Snom. The time is 2 hours behind the correct time. For example a missed call viewed on the Snom screen is 2 hours behind the time of the missed call displayed on the Quadro web view. The Quadro 2xi is set to ntp client. The Snom is set for CAT GMT+2 which is correct for South Africa. The NTP time server is set to the Quadro's IP. Help! Thanks Brad

have you set the epygi lan to dhcp or static

try setting the phone to ntp1.epygi.com instead of 'localepygi' if dhcp on the epygi is turned off.

    i had the same problem

Brad, try to factory reset the phone. That should help.

Also make sure the NTP server is enabled on Quadro...
