Well, you really want to know that?
Ok, well, here is the answer directly from developer (piping hot ) :

    *************************************************

to figure out exactly what happened we need at least SIP logs.

The error "Negotiation" means we received one of the following responses:

3xx : response without contact list

400 (BAD REQUEST) : and the warning code is not 304.

    422 SESSION INTERVAL TOO SMALL

    481 CALL LEG NOT EXIST

    other 4xx:

    PAYMENT REQUIRED
    METHOD NOT ALLOWED
    REQUEST URI TOO LARGE
    BAD EXTENSION
    EXTENSION REQUIRED
    UNSUPPORTED URISCHEME
    LOOP DETECTED
    TOO MANY HOPS
    ADDRESS INCOMPLETE
    REQUEST TERMINATED
    UNDECIPHERABLE

    All 5xx except 500, 503 and 504.

    All 6xx except 600, 603 and 606.
