Default [NAT?] Problem with epygi's call test

    Hi there,

    here's my configuration:

    Epygi Quadro 2X
    Boot loader: 4.0.8/Release
    Firmware Version: 4.1.33/Release

    Epygi LAN: Fixed IP
    Epygi WAN: DHCP Client

3 extensions with 3 VoIP Carrier configured.

The firewall is disabled, the NAT and the Epygi STUN is enabled.
The PBX reachs and is reachable from internet. I tried to call the 899 test number. There is no problem with SIP but I can't hear Epygi's test call.

    What could be the problem?

This could be a problem with Symmetrical NAT.

If you look at "System"->"Status"->"SIP Registration Status"->Detected connection type,
    what do you see there?

    Thanks for your answer
    Here is the message:
Detected connection type: Port Restricted Cone NAT (external IP: x.x.74.69:5060)

Theoretically there should not be a problem with Port Restricted Cone NAT, but anyway this is not the best type of NAT for telephony device.
If you can, it worth to open static mappings on the external firewall/router for SIP/RTP ports. This will make the NAT type to be "Full Cone" and you'll have no problems with audio.
If that is impossible to do, then you'll need to make network captures (netcapture.cgi). You can attach them here, to we can see the SIP/RTP flow and find out what is wrong.

If I will use the netcapture.cgi, can I see the RTP port to use?

Just use the "Capture All Packets" option and capture the packets on the WAN interface.
