    Hello,

    We develop a CRM software and we want to make it work with Quadro PBX. We need to inform user on his CRM dashboard when the phone rings, the number and of course search the database for caller info. Also we need to call a customer within the dashboard and transfer the call to the desk phone.

    Are those possible with 3PCC?
    Is there any SDK for developers?

    Generally, where can I get general info about 3PCC features?
    As developers, do we need to buy a special license for it?

    Well, I suppose you'll need to buy at least one license if you want to develop 3pcc appliaction. The price of the key is not very high actually, especially if you compare that to the price of the development you are going to do.
