    Default Hotcall without user id

    Hi,

    Using the hotcall facility with Outlook I have observed the following.

    For an incoming call the caller id is not indicated in the hotcall window but only the Epygi extension number (pbx:31 for example).

    The same for an outgoing call. The called person does not receive the caller id.

    Did I forget to configure something ?

    Actually this has nothing to do with Quadro Gateways, so this is not a right place to post this.
    I suppose the same topic is dicussed in the right place (Quadro PBX section):
