Default Attended Transfer Issue with VoIPTalk.org

    Hi

I have an Epygi Quadro 16XI and Snom 320 handsets. I currently have a client with a problem when performing attended transfers.

    Working Blind Transfer:-
    Call comes in >>
Caller accepts the call and blind transfers, this works fine.

    One way Audio attended transfer:-
    Caller A - Internal
    Caller B - External
    Caller C - Internal
    Call comes in >>
Caller A accepts the call and speaks Caller B all audio is intact.
Caller A puts Caller B on Hold
Caller A speaks to Caller C, then transfers the call by pressing transfer.
Caller B and C meet and this is where the one way audio happens the call doesn't drop but the Caller B can no longer hear Caller C

Help this is only happening with a certain Sip provide Voiptalk, my supplier and myself can replicate this issue on any Epygi box. Other providers work fine.

    Any ideas anyone??

We can look at the SIP logs, and most probably we will find that ITSP feels confused when Quadro changes the RTP during transfer negotiations.

So lets first try to set the "Do not send external re-INVITEs" checkbox on the "generalconfig.cgi". If this doesn't help, TSS ticket with the logs will be needed.

This is a new option, first introduced in 5.0.
You need to upgrade to 5.0.12 to have that.
