I have just had a 100mb down and 40mb up internet service connected. I thought I'd get the Quadro to do the logging on, which it does....

Try edit of an extension under Extension Settings and you'll see the "Kickback" box. Tick and save.

You could try turning on the call que feature for extn 11 in extn settings.
Limit it to one call, record no message and have the overflow going to extn 13.

Go to system diagnostics page and you can download all logs from there or click the show logs tab on that page and get individual logging

How can you have 2 x Separate PSTN lines connected to a 2x, when it only has one PSTN port?
You don't have them installed in the Line 1 and Line 2 outlets on the 2x do you?
If so that could explain...

Firstly I wouldn't be blaming the Quadro. It appears you have interference on the pstn line. The Quado can only interpret any tones it hears. I would pursue this through you pstn line...

Have you tried plugging an analog handset directly into the pstn line?
It would help to narrow it down to the quadro or an external source on the line.

What is the ip address of the quadro (normally 172.30.0.1)?
Ask them to set the router to dmz to this address. Make sure the Quadro's security features are enabled.
