QCM is a multiline (max. 8 line) receptionist console. You can use it to watch up to 8 different Quadros extensions.

Yes it is possible. Read details in QCM help, section "External Call Control
Feature".
There is no way to configure QCM for audio alerts on watched extensions. QCM does not support this kind of functionality.
"No Resources" - mean that RTP Ports can not be mapped.
This problem arise when RTP port range of QCM, is used by other application or it is blocked by local firewall or windows security center.
