all calls by default goes to extension 400, it's a Secretary.
when extension 400 is busy appear first message
after 15 seconds appear second message
after 3 or 4 message it's possible go to voice...

Can you Explain me this ?

I try configure a xml in attendant
I go to menu users\ Extensions Management\
00 and custom, I upload the xml and wav files.
I Change data and time to 20:00 but nothing happens.
