Will the quadro 8mL support the Aastra 6737i handset. It is very similar to the 6757i. The aastra phones are great and it would be a shame not to support the new handsets

you need to speak to your service providor and make sure you have hunting on both lines .

I have a polycom 601 on a quadrom 8ml and the phone is unable to receive a second call. We also have Aastra 480i's and they do not have any problems with the second line or handling multiple calls ....

ITSP sip trunk not setup for SIP RINGING command . Contacted them and the change was made and everything is working.

There does not seem to be any problems . No errors recorded . Just no ringing heard by the calling party

I am forwarding a DID directly to an extension. The forwarding works but the caller does not hear any ringing. Only silence until the call is picked up . Any suggestions
