HI

Can I setup a rule whereby the attendant is bypassed in a scenario where when the main number is 123456 and the extension is 15, could the caller just dial 12345615 and connect direct to the extension.

Uses for this may be to give a freebie DDI or to route faxes direct to a particular extension

Thanks

Ed

This can be solved by using "Routing with inbound destination number" option in ISDN Trunk configuration wizard. Also you need to add an additional routing rule in Quadro's Routing Table with the following parameters:

Pattern: 123456?? (main number+extension number)
Number of Discarded Symbols: 6 (this will strip the main 123456 number)
Call Type: PBX

Leave all other fields as they are. Press Next and finish the wizard.

Now by calling to "main number+extension number" from CO the call will go to the extension number direclty.
