I have added a extension called: 80, with type User Extension. I have setup "Many Extension Ringing" and forwarded our main phonenumber to this extension.

So when a customer call us, at our main number it will ring at the added phones. But we will like, that the system says "Welcome to ........, Please wait" but how do we set it up ?

You can route all your incoming calls to Auto Attendant and modify its default greeting, to play your own message and invite the callers to "press 80 to talk with operator", or something like that.
Or you can use a Call Queue service on ext.80 (it is avaliable on extension's edit), that will put into the queue and play a message to the callers if all the phones in Many Extension Ringing group are busy.
