View Full Version : Relation between Extensions Management and Line Settings

I have activated some IP Line on a Quadro2X and than deleted some other... now I have different situations in Extensions Management and Line Settings...

In Line Settings it's all right and all the ip lines attached is working... but in Extensions Managment I can't find all the sip clients that I'm using... why?

Though I didn't understand very well what was configured and deleted on your Quadro, I can say that all your IP-Lines must be attached to some extension in order to work. Actually you can't delete an IP-Line, you can only make them "Inactive". You can delete an extension on which the IP-Line is attached and if you have a phone configured on that IP-Line, it will not work anymore.

Also I can't understand for what sip clients you are looking in Extensions Managment. Please, bring an example and I'll try to help you to "find" them :)
