We run a call center using a quadro 16x and snom 300
ip phones. To improve our efficiency, we would like to generate reports

How long it took before a call was picked
details of call that hit the system(16x) and received a busy tone or any other error.

Is this possible with the quadro system? If yes, How?

There is no special programmed way to achieve both points in current software. Though you can do that in very low-level ways, like analysing the streaming logs (from port 645), for example SIP messages log, or to make permanent network captures and analyse them by some third party software).
