EHC connection failed

just trying Epygi Hotel Console

I got Connection failed . the quadro is QX200 and firewall is set to low
I use port 5000 as shown in userguide

any idea ?

I found the issue
by default the EHC user is admin with default password 19 !
and NOT the admin password of the quadro !
