Hi please help?

My client has a Panasonic swb with 2 x 4 Port Quadro ISDN Gateways connected to our sip providers euipment. Its configured that 1 gateway is for incomming calls and 1 gateway is for outbounds calls. I am having an issue where every call that is made is silent up until the recipient answers the call. So the caller does not get ringing, busy tone, faulty tone ect. My sip provider says, i need to enable inband audio on their pbx??

Please can i have some feedback?

The information is not enough to find out the real reason of the problem.
I may suggest to try the settings below...
In case of gateway for outbound calls:
It's looks like Panasonic does not play ringing tone on call ringing. Let's select "Bearer Establishment Procedure" to "on call acceptance" from ISDN advanced settings page.

In case of gateway for inbound calls:
Let's select "Generate Progress Tone to PSTN/PBX" to "unconditional"

For the next step I may suggest to open TSS case, attach systemlogs so Epygi may suggest much more better configuration settings regardless the problem is solved or not.

Check your ISDN settings and ensure that you are sending progress tones and own ring etc.

THanks so much guys. It ended up being my sip provider.
