I have this Quadro 16x and I suddenly started to receive this message

"Check your external phone line."

I checked help files and they said this:

"This message is played when calling to PSTN through FXO and there is no FXO line attached"

I really doesn't understand why I'm getting this message eventhough we are able to make phone calls...

Any advice...?

It is really strange if you are getting this message but are able to make a call. This message means that Quadro didn't detect the telco line but then it should not make call. Does your call goes through immediately after getting that message or after the message you have to hang up and then dial again and this time the call connects without giving the message?

My call does not happend at all...

I dial the number, then dial my user, then my password and after that, I have this message and I have to hang up.

For example:


52121656 number that I want to call

then it asks me for my user


then it asks me for my pwd:


then i got the message and then dial tone is the only thing I heard if I re-dial same behavior... :(

Don't know what to do... :(
