View Full Version : Call Hunting, DND and VMS

We have a customer which would like:
* Call hunting to ring multiple extensions upon an incoming call
* A DND service being enabled on their primary extension to cause immediate forwarding to VMS (regardless of the state of any other extensions used in call hunting)

Currently they are able to enable DND on the primary extension and forward to VMS - this alone works fine. It does not work as desired when Call Hunting is enabled for that extension though, and instead seems to ring until reaching the no answer timeout before forwarding to VMS (which is not desirable).

Given that the customer would like to enable and disable DND throughout the day (schedules are not an option) to cause forwarding to VMS, how can this be achieved?

Not reproducible and still work as desired. To move forward on this Quadro system logs are needed to investigate the issue.
Log in to the Quadro GUI, go to “System”->”Diagnostics”->”Show System Logs” page, select “Enable Developer Logging” check-box(if it is disabled) and click save. Mark the logs, reproduce the problem, immediately after the reproducing download the logs and attach to this case.
