View Full Version : Please Help - Call gets connected to other Quadro's extension

Hi all,

Can anyone here help me out? One of my client is having an outoing calling issue. Sometimes his calls gets connected to someone else's quadro extension. I have checked the routing table again and all the routes are correctly set. They have been Quadro since the past 1 year and started having this issue since the last couple of weeks.

For example, client dialed 30110 by mistake today. There is no route for this pattern, so calls shoudn't be completed. Instead this call was connected to someone else's quadro extension. Could anyone here help me out. If you need any other info or info regarding the current routing patterns let me know. Do we need to make any changes in the route to make sure call doesn't get connected to any other quadro's extension.

I think I found what caused this issue. There was a routing pattern * enabled in the routing table for IP-PSTN Call. I am still not sure if this routing pattern was causing the issue, but will update here once fully tested. In the meantime if someone here thinks this is a known issue and could be because of something else please do post a response.
